Bugs? Only me?

I have been playing this game for a LONG time. I a, addicted and its great to pass time by. But, now when I try to whether the shop, it gives me a blank, black screen. I can access the shop through other methods, but none of the limited time packs are there. Also, it always shows the time left till the next challenge as under one minute, same thing with the arena rewards. Speaking of the arena, when I try to play a match, it counts down the whole minute, stays on one second left, and doesnt find a match for me. It gets quite frustrating since the arena is pretty fun.
