Fix the game

Ive played this game for years, and each time period Ive played it, theres some bug that makes the game unplayable. Like today, the online mode isnt working at all. The game tells me its looking for an opponent, and when the timer reaches 1 second, it just freezes there. And it always says theres <1 minute left until the new week, but it never changes. Also, when I try to go to the shop, the screen turns entirely black and I have no choice but to reset the app. And when I do close the app, I receive five notifications in a row that say "a new heroic trial is starting now!" Even though there isnt one. Please, fix your broken game.
